Enrico Mormino is a lawyer specialising in civil aviation, transport and related infrastructure. He is a member of the ETS Committee, the national authority responsible for the emissions trading scheme in the industrial, aviation and maritime sectors.
Throughout his career, he has held prominent positions within institutions and professional bodies, including that of independent expert for the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), member of the Policy Committee of ACI Europe, and head of the Legal Affairs Office at Assaeroporti. He has also gained significant experience working in the Legal Service of the European Parliament and at leading Italian law firms.
He advises professionals in the aviation sector, investors and businesses on matters of administrative, commercial and regulatory law, with particular expertise in airport infrastructure, compliance issues and property development projects, having handled numerous transactions on behalf of leading operators in the large-scale retail and tourism sectors
