Giuseppe Loffreda
Founding Partner & Managing Partner
Giuseppe Loffreda is a Supreme Court lawyer with over 30 years of experience in shipping, transport and related infrastructure law, with a particular focus on shipping, ports and yachting. He assists institutions, investors and leading operators in complex transactions, regulatory matters and strategic litigation. Founder of Legal4Transport, he integrates legal expertise, industry knowledge and analytical activities on the main issues affecting the transport and infrastructure sector. He is regularly recognised by leading legal directories and industry publications including Chambers & Partners, Top Legal and Legalcommunity.
Alberto Cozzo

Alberto Cozzo is a lawyer admitted to the Supreme Court, also authorised to practise in the Republic of Malta, with extensive experience in the sectors of shipping, transport, logistics and business internationalisation. He advises private operators, investors and institutions on matters relating to maritime law, transport, infrastructure and logistics development, drawing on his expertise in legal, regulatory and policy analysis matters. He has held prominent positions at national and international level, including Special Commissioner of the Port Authority of Augusta, Expert within the Technical Mission Unit of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, and TAIEX expert for the European Commission. He is a member of the Executive Board of the Italian Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC Italia) and President of the Sicilian Association of Freight Forwarders and Logistics Operators.
Enrico Mormino

Enrico Mormino is a lawyer specialising in civil aviation, transport and related infrastructure. He is a member of the ETS Committee, the national authority responsible for the emissions trading scheme in the industrial, aviation and maritime sectors.
Throughout his career, he has held prominent positions within institutions and professional bodies, including that of independent expert for the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), member of the Policy Committee of ACI Europe, and head of the Legal Affairs Office at Assaeroporti. He has also gained significant experience working in the Legal Service of the European Parliament and at leading Italian law firms.
He advises professionals in the aviation sector, investors and businesses on matters of administrative, commercial and regulatory law, with particular expertise in airport infrastructure, compliance issues and property development projects, having handled numerous transactions on behalf of leading operators in the large-scale retail and tourism sectors
