We assist shipowners, shipyards, terminal operators, port operators, investors, institutions, yacht owners and yacht managers in all legal and regulatory matters relating to the shipping and yachting sectors. Our work includes commercial and financial transactions, ship and yacht finance, construction, purchase, sale and management of ships and yachts, state-owned maritime and port concessions, development and management of ports, marinas and terminals, logistic and intermodal services, contracting, arbitration and litigation. The network also boasts consolidated experience in maritime labour law, crew-related issues, as well as in the maritime and transport insurance sector, offering specialist assistance in risk and claims management at a national and international level
