Ma, quando il cantiere entra in crisi, quella stessa propriet\u00e0 pu\u00f2 trasformarsi in un problema operativo ed economico enorme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chi completer\u00e0 l\u2019unit\u00e0? Dove? Con quali costi? Come trasferire uno scafo incompleto, spesso ricorrendo a rimorchi o trasporti altamente specializzati? Come gestire certificazioni, responsabilit\u00e0 e inevitabili ritardi?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Questa vicenda dimostra che, nei contratti di costruzione navale, non basta disciplinare la propriet\u00e0 dello yacht. \u00c8 altrettanto fondamentale prevedere cosa accade se il cantiere non \u00e8 pi\u00f9 in grado di completare l\u2019opera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2696\ufe0f \u00c8 un caso destinato a diventare un punto di riferimento per il diritto della costruzione navale e per la gestione contrattuale del
