esecuzione (UE) 2026\/1434, che aggiorna i requisiti tecnici e le norme di prova applicabili all\u2019equipaggiamento marittimo ai sensi della direttiva 2014\/90\/UE (Marine Equipment Directive \u2013 MED).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83c\udf0d Il regolamento recepisce i pi\u00f9 recenti aggiornamenti adottati dall\u2019#IMO alle principali convenzioni e ai codici internazionali sulla sicurezza della navigazione, tra cui #SOLAS, LSA Code, FSS Code e FTP Code, allineando la normativa europea all\u2019evoluzione degli standard internazionali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udcc5 Il nuovo regolamento entrer\u00e0 in vigore il 31 agosto 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2696\ufe0f L\u2019aggiornamento interessa produttori di equipaggiamenti marittimi, cantieri navali, armatori, societ\u00e0 di classificazione e organismi notificati, con effetti sui processi di progettazione, certificazione, costruzione,
