Principio confermato anche dalla Corte di giustizia UE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quanto alle migliorie e agli interventi di manutenzione straordinaria su immobili gi\u00e0 demaniali, occorre distinguere gli obblighi di conservazione del bene dagli investimenti effettivamente indennizzabili ai sensi della disciplina speciale. Non ogni spesa sostenuta dal concessionario genera automaticamente un diritto all\u2019indennizzo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"micelio-li-source wp-block-paragraph\"><em><a
