The Authority is to be based in Lille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">https:\/\/lnkd.in\/etGKGsTc<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udcca Il nuovo sistema sposta progressivamente il baricentro dalla dichiarazione doganale ai dati, attraverso il Centro doganale digitale dell\u2019UE, che diventer\u00e0 l\u2019infrastruttura comune per informazioni, controlli e analisi del rischio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udea2 Per trasporti e logistica il cambiamento \u00e8 rilevante: importatori, esportatori, titolari del transito e trasportatori diventano direttamente parte di una catena informativa integrata, con comunicazioni anticipate sul carico e dati collegati alle singole spedizioni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2693 Particolarmente significativa, per il settore marittimo, \u00e8 anche l\u2019interoperabilit\u00e0 prevista con lo European Maritime Single Window.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83e\udd16 Il sistema utilizzer\u00e0 inoltre analisi avanzata dei dati e intelligenza artificiale per la gestione dei rischi doganali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\uded2 Forte anche l\u2019intervento sull\u2019e-commerce, con nuove responsabilit\u00e0 per gli operatori delle vendite a distanza e un sistema specifico per la gestione dell\u2019enorme volume dei piccoli invii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The transition will be gradual: from 2028 for e-commerce, from 2031 for the other operators, and until the new regime is fully operational in 2034.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A reform that seems to mark a major step: from the customs declaration to the customs data
