E proprio per questo servirebbe una riforma capace di accelerare e semplificare. Invece continuiamo a discutere di governance, Porti d\u2019Italia e tavoli di esperti, mentre gli altri investono e conquistano traffici. Siamo gi\u00e0 fuori tempo massimo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sarebbe bastato guardare, mutatis mutandis, al modello aeroportuale: regole e vigilanza pubblica, ma gestione industriale delle infrastrutture affidata a societ\u00e0 chiamate a investire, competere e rispondere dei risultati. \u00c8 una strada che vado indicando da tempo.
